I am sorry Ricardo Munoz got killed, but if you charge officers with a knife like this, what do you think the police are going to do? The police have a right to protect themselves and use deadly force to do so. A deranged person like this is a danger to everyone around him.    

It would be great if the police had those phasers set to stun (as in Star Trek) to deal with guys like this. Maybe Silicon Valley can get right on that.  

Remember when Obama said: “If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun.” It not a good idea to chase cops with a big knife. They tend to shoot you.
