Ok, if the Supreme Court can do this to Oklahoma, why not give Manhattan back to the Lenni Lenapes?
American Indians got screwed again and again when it came to treaties (I am sympathetic about that), but this was not the case for Neil Gorsuch to opine on. The liberal justices were probably gleeful about sticking it to Oklahoma (I suspect they would have votedly wildly differently if it were some bastion of Lefties).
