Joe Biden is mentally declining. Biden is trying desperately to hold things together during these recent interviews on MSNBC and The View, but it is not working.  There is a reason Biden's staff want to keep him out of the spot light. These are soft ball interviews with easy lobbed questions and Joe Biden is stumbling over himself. Joe Biden's observable behavior is why Bernie Sanders is staying in the race.

Compare these Biden interviews to President Trump's daily press briefings. Trump faces a hostile press and does pretty well. Trump is actively addressing what is the biggest crisis to face this country since 9/11 (given the world wide impact, I would contend it is in many ways even bigger than 9/11). That is why Trump's approval ratings are going up.
