My prayers and condolences to the victims and their families. A fired employee goes home, gets a gun, and shoots up the work place. As much as I get the frustration about shootings such as this, they do not make me want to give up weapons. We should have a right to protect ourselves.
A better answer to this than banning all guns (which would only be banned from law abiding citizens, not criminals) is to not give any attention to the actual shooter. This sort of thing is media driven. Celebrity (even if it is bad) is a form of immortality for these people. Don't reward them.

Figured out quickly that the Coors mass shooter was black, because there was no Twitter gun-grabbing mob. https://t.co/zpXS4OlorH— baldilocks says Repeal CA AB5 and Kill the PROact (@JulietteAkinyi) March 2, 2020
