When nature gives you iguanas falling from the trees... 🤷🏼‍♀️🦎 Bonus: Sue Lyon

With a cold snap in Florida (global warming🤷🏼‍♀️) causing iguanas🦎to literally fall from the trees--it seems like a sign for some iguana recipes. They are called chicken of the trees. Remember to cook your iguana (no cerveche).  Make sure they are dead before you start cleaning and cooking them (cold stuns but often does not kill iguanas). 

And just in time for the Super Bowl in Miami!  🏈
