  1. As a teenager I used to watch the TV show, "Emergency" strictly to see Dixie McCall (Julie London). I discovered that she was a singer only about ten years ago... great voice doing timeless songs. Apparently an up to three packs a day smoker, I guess it caught up to her eventually.
