Possible good news on DACA and bad news on gun manufacturer liability (only the later is confirmed)

It would only have taken four justices to take up the gun manufacturer liability case on the Supreme Court docket. The Supreme Court declined to do so. It sounds promising on DACA oral arguments today, but it also sounded promising when there were oral arguments regarding ObamaCare.
