Tech companies skew left naturally (by age and by their location) and they also self select to make it 95%+ left of center for their employees. What conservatives and libertarians who managed to slip in know that they will end up like James Dalmore if they don't keep their heads down.
These same tech giants also run scared of the social justice mob. Think Uber, Mozilla, and other companies. Yet when it comes to overseas abuse, these same companies are amazingly cooperative with oppressive regimes.

Meanwhile, if you criticize these tech platforms for excluding conservatives, guys like Ken White and David French say you do not respect freedom. Of course that is freedom for Twitter, Facebook, Google, Amazon, etc., to give it to you good and hard if they don't share your sensibilities.
