This is madness and evil. There is no justification for any this. The Democrat party has abandoned all decency, now giving full authorization to kill an infant before it clears the birth canal. I am surprised they stopped at that point. 

Give them time, the state knows best when euthanasia should be implemented, especially when health care becomes a right (you can only tax so far and the state has to control costs one way or the other). Be very careful what you wish for. It won't stop with fetuses and infants.
