Independent: Two killed, a dozen injured in Giza bus bombing
The tourists were from Vietnam. It was a crude roadside bomb. While not confirmed, it is almost certainly Islamic terrorism (barring some evidence to the contrary). One Egyptian was killed in this attack.
It is probably fair to say terrorism is not going away in 2019.
