Chikhirtma is great chicken soup

Milk Street has an exceptional recipe of this traditional Georgian soup.  

Ultimately it is a basic chicken soup, seasoned with fresh dill and cilantro, a slight amount of cinnamon, and finished with beaten egg yokes and lemon. The egg yokes and lemon transform this soup into something amazing. 

Milk Street suggests using dark meat for this recipe. I concur with that. Thighs and drumsticks have more flavor and don't get as dry as white meat does.
