Montana's Jon Tester Bad on Second Amendment Rights

Jon Tester tries to say he is pro guns because he shoots cows and hogs. 

The problem is Tester is not pro individual gun rights.  

Brett Kavanaugh (from his record) is a supporter of Heller and individual 2nd Amendment rights.  Justices appointed by Democrats are not. Tester is a poser. Support Republican Matt Rosendale for Senate in Montana.
