  1. Actually, it was Fredericksburg in reverse, in fact, as the Confederates came on, The Union troops began shouting, "Fredericksburg! Fredericksburg!".

    And, according to Bruce Catton, the rush tried to break what appeared to be the weakest part of the line and Union troops began running over to get in the fight.
