Hollywood Hypocrisy: Chinese Gay Shock Conversion Therapy

Hollywood kow-tows to China since the studios make so much money there on film distribution. So you can be sure Hollywood will not upset the Chinese government with any protests over gay conversion electro-shock therapy.  People are, however, speaking out in China. One plaintiff won about $750 in a lawsuit against a Chinese hospital for forced conversion.

The only time Hollywood will speak out, when either it is forced to do so due to changed circumstances or it no longer hurts their bottom line. Hollywood will keep making vanity money losing movies to bash conservatives--but those are mostly done to appease their talent's need for virtue signaling more than anything else.
