Hubbard Squash

It is an excellent keeper and one of the best tasting squashes there are. It is superior for 'pumpkin' pie (if you never had it try it for Halloween and Thanksgiving) and also fine for curries, soups, and stews.  

I like Delicata and Butternut winter squashes too, but Hubbard is special.
