    I used to wonder about Rowling's politics, particularly after reading "Order of the Phoenix", which seemed to foretell what Title IX has done to US college campuses. Alas, I should have paid more attention to her view that the school was the end all be all of civilized society, as well as her casual racism against humans, who were deemed too stupid and dangerous to notice anything of the world around them or be allowed to notice.

      I generally like J.K. Rowling, but Trump Derangement Syndrome is a powerful spell that clouds judgment, fairness and reason.

    If you look closely at the kid's hand, he's holding a Secret Service patch he was given.
    He wasn't reaching up to shake hands, he was showing off his patch to everybody.
