Watts Up With That: Dilbert gets Mann-Handled
Climate Change Scientist and Plaintiff Michael Mann is refusing to turn over his data to the courts in Canada. Meanwhile, Mann's lawsuit against Mark Steyn moves along at glacial pace in the DC Circuit. I know they say the wheels of justice grind slow, but exceedingly fine, but six years seems a very long time for a civil suit (that hasn't even gone to trial yet). I guess it's called the Trial of the Century, more for its pretrial length than any compelling courtroom drama (since so far there is very little of that).
