Shocking Fashion Trend? Women wearing electrical tape to clubs?

President Trump is not the only one taping. I saw this on DRUDGE REPORT this morning. This is a look that would only work for the very fit.  A couple of the articles said it was "duct tape." Mostly it appears to be electrical tape. Big difference. Duct tape would be...a bit uncomfortable, in removal.
