This is breaking news. Facts will change.  So will the number of casualties (usually for the worse). I hesitated reporting it initially given it was unclear what went on. It looks like this was an act of terrorism/murder.

My prayers and condolences to the victims and their families. If this was a crime, may the guilty parties still out there be captured or killed quickly.
