I saw a leak from a Russian dossier that Trump had one of his inner circle release the bull to embarrass de Blasio and just to see what would happen, but mostly to embarrass de Blasio. This is just another example of the Russian interfering in US politics, to help Trump, by releasing information that would paint Trump in a bad light if it were real, but its fake, so it hurts Trump detractors, who keep bringing it up as realz.
