In order to enter the carbine raffle you must be able to legally purchase a firearm, and reside in a state where it is legal to purchase and posses. The prize carbine is NOT compliant with any state level bans on so-called “Assault Weapons” or with magazine capacity limits. Please check your local laws before entering. If you are ineligible for the prize, your donations will still be greatly appreciated.
The transfer of the carbine will be handled by a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL), Rangemasters of Utah, located in Springville UT. If the winner is a UT resident, they can pick it up in person after completing ATF form 4473 and passing the required background check. Non UT residents will have the prize carbine shipped to their preferred local FFL holder where they will fill out the necessary paperwork and meet background check requirements. The winner will be responsible for any fees charged by the dealer for background check or for performing the transfer.
