It was with Malice. Jackie Coakley, the non-victim, is a disturbed malicious young woman, but Sabrina Rubin Erdely and Rolling Stone are even worse in promoting and pushing this fiction. People were really hurt by this.  And I am glad the jury saw through this nonsense defense.

Sabrina Erdely is a monster. The woman who made up the story to attack those young men is a monster. Stop the war on boys.

Instapundit: So what does this mean for Rolling Stone?, Does Jan Werner feel any responsibility for any of this? I am going to guess, no. Most of it may be covered by insurance (although it is possible they blow through that with the Fraternity case to come).  He probably just feels picked on because his motives are so...pure.
