Janet Reno, Dead at 78

Janet Reno was more of a foil and shield for the Clintons. Reno was part of Team Clinton and took the blame when things went badly. And they went badly at Waco and with Elian Gonzales.  

Reno was not solely to blame for what happened while she was Attorney General, but she was partially to blame.  Waco and Elian Gonzales happened on her watch...well her watch and the Clintons.
