A young British woman was killed at the back packer's hostel. Could it be terrorism?  I do not want to jump to conclusions.

Twitchy: Even though he yelled "Allahu Akbar" authorities claim no signs of radicalization and imply cannabis made him do, really they are going with refer madness?

While it does not have all the hallmarks of an ISIS attack, the yelling of "Allahu Akbar" certainly does, what motivated this murder?
