    The same people that believe that the Martian movie is real, believe in global warming. PT Barnham said it best. There's a sucker born every minute.

      Some believe run away global warming lead to the destruction of Mars' oceans and atmosphere...

      I've heard that. Those people don't do math, they don't understand that with Mars, it's an ice thing rather than a heat thing, and a relatively inactive core that does not produce radiation belts like Earth's - and is subject to solar wind and very heavy radiation. Most Liberals go with the Edgar Rice Burroughs "Princess of Mars" scenario.
