Donald Trump will be blamed, but that is not really it (in the long run). While I am a big Scott Walker fan, he did not have the media chops for a national campaign.

Byron York: A man has to know his own limitations...
He was a one-trick pony who kept saying that he stood up to labor unions in Wisconsin. He was a rockstar for doing that. BUT Walker was clearly not able to engender enthusiasm for his campaign. He did not have a solid vision that translated into the "throw the bums out" message that is resonating with both Republicans AND Democrats.
