So will Obama, Geithner, and Yellen take responsibility when the market calls the Administration on the Federal Reserve policy for the last five years? Because it can't go on forever.
Absolutely Congress has responsibility...although given the President controls a lot of the policy and cannot be overruled by the House, it is mostly the executive branch that is to blame. Both parties contributed to the Fed's actions but Obama is doubling down with his choice of Yellen.
