NBC reports President Obama lied about Obamacare: The White House knew millions would lose their insurance...

NBC reports:  "President Obama repeatedly assured Americans that after the Affordable Care Act became law, people who liked their health insurance would be able to keep it. But millions of Americans are getting or are about to get cancellation letters for their health insurance under Obamacare, say experts, and the Obama administration has known that for at least three years."

Obamacare Double Whammy

  1. For the most part, CBS (yesterday Benghazi) and NBC (today) have waited for the least amount of damage to pretend they have impartial reporting. I give them some credit releasing stories this week, after most early voting in state and municipal elections ended but prior to 2013 election day next Tuesday. Maybe somewhere, a Democrat will be held accountable, but they will be far removed from the ones that need to be held to account.

    1. No doubt that is part of the strategy by CBS and NBC.

  2. Y'all do notice that the "new administration meme" is that the canceled policies were inferior policies and those who got canceled will have "better" health care under Obamacare. This is how they excuse their original blatant lie...they infer that they meant only those "good policies" (as defined by Obamacare) would be safe from cancellation.

See, this way 70 year olds like me get to pay for child birth, abortions, and birth control....for a fucking horde of breeders that can't manage the low cost of conception management without government direction. Insurance companies don't dislike this approach, so don't kid yourself.

    1. I should add that this is part of NBC and CBS's strategy...they want you to know that the promise meant only "good policies" would be spared and that Obamamessiah is sparing you the grief of your inferior policies. How "happy" you were or will be is NOT part of their equation. You MUST be happy with the Party Policy, if you know what's good for you.

    2. I do not mind paying for Sandra Fluke's birth control. I do not want tools like Fluke or Marcotte breeding at all. Cull them out of the gene pool.

Plus they would destroy any kid that managed to survive their abortion gauntlet.

  4. Disagree, I think the media know a sinking ship when they see it (and maybe know something worse is just over the horizon) and are trying to save what little is left of their reps.

    We shall see.

    1. Okay, your faith in the media is odd. Check out Breibart article and this Megyn Kelly interview.

Notice that the media argument is distinctly that only "illegal" plans are being canceled (e.g., plans made not in compliance with the PPACA by the PPACA) and that Obamacare provides better health coverage. A guy like my 70 year old ass really needs maternity care for example, or contraception/abortificant assistance.

The media is complicit in the strategy to portray Obamacare as slaying the evil "illegal" plans and providing "better" plans. Noteworthy is the feature that in the new regime individual preference or need is not considered....the Party tells you it is good for you, thus is must be good for you, because shut up.

    2. Agree with your last point, but I have noi faith in the media.

My point is that now they're trying to save themselves. Granted, they're trying the new excuse (which has already been shot full of holes), but the headline still puts the onus on BarryCare, and that's what most people will take away.

  5. Man, the schadenfreude is heavy right now. Saying we told you so is just affirmation that this president, his cabinet, and the people that have surrounded him since his birth are all anti-american scum.
