    This alternative version of gospel was already televised almost 10 years ago on 20/20 but never caught hold. Check out this interesting post by Althouse in 2004: link I found this because I was looking to see whether she had updated her views.

      A lot of these facts are not news to anyone who followed this story, beyond the lamestream memes. Matthew Shepard was killed over a drug deal gone bad. The new part is the murderer being sexually involved with Matthew Shepard (at least that part is news to me).

      I am also not surprised by Ann's reaction. She thinks Wyoming is full of homophobic hicks. She is not going to challenge her own prejudices and biases (I think we all recognize that from dealing with her over the years).
