ReplyDeleteI do not care how prompt the cops arrive, it is always going to be a few minutes after trouble starts. I is usually much later than that. How much damage can be done in that interval?

ReplyDeleteThat is true, but Crum was a civilian (and he went along with Martinez and McCoy). Martinez also credited all the civilians on the ground who shot at Whitman with rifles and kept him pinned down (and preventing him from killing others) until Whitman himself was killed.
