Eliminate harm to animals. Okay, I'm listening. How will we get cows, pigs, and sheep, to stop copulating? Who will feed them? Why? Will we be like Hindu India with formerly domestic food stocks wandering aimlessly about pandering? Who will shovel up after them? That should make for some interesting events on the expressways and toll roads.
Some of us cows would quickly morph into aurochs and run around goring you and eating your crops and some pigs would probably go feral too and cause mayhem, most of the sheep would just die. Your only hope is the wolves and mountain lions coming back to keep things in check.
