We need pressure cooker control legislation...

Where is there a gang of Senators when you actually need them?  High capacity semi automatic pressure cookers are dangerous.  Only qualified canners should have them, with proper canning certification, and should only be canning a limited number of containers at one time.  We need to have a national registry of pressure cookers.

Update:
There is a guy from the neighborhood who loves pressure cookers...
Bill Ayers and the Pressure Cooker Professor Club
How a pressure cooker bomb works...
It is amazing how simple and how deadly these things can be...

    1. Because the left loves children more, except when it is a matter of choice!

  2. Don't forget about the need to register backpacks. High capacity backpack registration combined with the total elimination of pressure cookers will keep the world safe.

  3. I'm sorry, but a liberal would never use the phrase "will keep the world safe."... Too much responsibility there. You should amend it to read "... will HELP keep the world safe." to prevent anyone from questioning what happened when it doesn't work.

  4. When pressure cookers are outlawed, only outlaws will have pressure cookers...

    1. And we will all have to wait that much longer for cooked beans or rice.

  5. We shouldn't ban pressure cookers but only limit their capacity. Who in their right mind needs a 6 liter pressure cooker, a 1 liter pressure cooker should suffice.

Furthermore, pressure cooker buyers and current owners should get background checks and be on a national registry.

We must do this to save a single post birth fetus

    1. I agree, assault style high capacity camoflage pressure cookers serve no legitimate purpose even if they are used to cook legally hunted game.

Since we must ban these even if it is save a single unwanted baby who was not aborted before birth, we should also consider banning the following that kill as many children and adults, if not more:
      (a) Ban Water, 5 out of 100,000 children die from drowning in water!
      (b) Ban Life, 100 out of 100 children eventually die as part of living.
      (c) Ban eating: 2,500 children choke to death each year, if we can't ban food or eating, we must use lower capacity food plates
      (d) Vehicles: 42,000 deaths each year from vehicle accidents
      (e) Ban Liberalism: 100% of liberals are brain dead and should have their life support terminated.

    2. We better confer dictator powers to Nanny Mayor Bloomberg to micro-manage our diets, cookware and other life style choices. It is for the best.

  6. Yes, Mayor Bloomberg is our hero, having outlawed large sized sodas thus curing the childhood obesity epidemic overnight.

  7. Well while we are at it why don't we close all ball manufacturers, backpack makers, metal companies, close pressure cooker companies, of course if you close the metal and ball companies then we have to close all companies related to these which include, planes, trains, automobiles, boats all types, well digging equipment, and the list goes on. Surly we are smarter than this. Wouldn't it be much better to go to the source and stop immigration until each and every person here or that wants to come here has been scrutinized to the max. Of course finding competent people in government to do this is a problem.
