The Tsarnaev's alleged mentor "Misha" interviewed...

Just on its face it seems unlikely an Armenian-Ukrainian would be an Islamic mentor of Tamerlan Tsarnaev.  This is an odd interview (it is just a summary, not an interview) and it is unclear what was asked and answered of Mikhail Allakhverdov.

    The "cold trail" aspect of this reminds me of the NYT interviewing the suspected Benghazi perpetrators in Libya. Which was followed by a lot of nothing much at all. I'm perplexed until reminded that Benghazi was all about that rogue video,
