Is it time for South Korea to stop the codependency dance with North Korea...

Before something serious happens, it may be time to put some pressure on South Korea to deal with the  North Korea. Paying off the North maybe the cheapest and safest outcome until that failed state ultimately implodes.  But until then, the South Koreans need to step up in paying for their own defense.
