Right Scoop has the story: Zogby (no not Rasmussen, but Zogby) says momentum is with Romney, the election is right now tied in Ohio, and the advantage right now is Romney. Romney was nine points behind Obama before the first presidential debate.
Zogby (who is left leaning) does not think Biden changed the dynamic for independents (he doubts many watched that debate and he doubts those that did were influenced one way or the other), but Biden did help bolster the Democrat base. He gave the debate to Biden slightly on points, but the VP debate was essentially tied.

If Zogby is reporting this...then I suspect that Obama is in for an asswhipping of Jimmy Carter dimensions...
