Creepy Wisconsin Democrats: Meet State Representative Brett Hulsey

Democrat State Rep. Brett Hulsey pleads no contest to disorderly conduct in frightening three children at the beach

As noted by Ann Althouse (and Hulsey represents her district) this incident happened on July 4th but was only reported on August 28th (after the primaries were past).  Hulsey was unopposed in his race.  When you plead "no contest" it is like pleading you were guilty (you are basically admitting the prosecutor can prove its case against you).  Creepy!
