Woman super glued to a toilet at Walmart...and this has happened before?

To say the least, it was a bad day for her at a Kentucky Walmart.  Assuming she is a victim (people sometimes stage things for lawsuits).  A prank?  I am not sure how that would even be possible.  Super glue dries very quickly.

Apparently this has happened before in a Maryland Walmart?

And this issue was the subject of a telephone prank call in 2008?  Obviously a sticky situation.
