I have not bothered to visit my twin. She is her own worse enemy. I hope she gets her hormones in line. I strongly recommend one of those SAD lamps. Vitamin D also helps.

Oh I didn't think this had anything to do with politics. I was strictly making an observation.
I was originally drawn to althouse.com for the political discussion. Me, a liberal Dem (more or less). I liked that.
I started losing interest as the commercialism grew. Then the purges. I missed out on them, but the aftermath just led me to feel even more apathetic.
So I'm here, and reading TY's, with a lot of rightwingers not talking politics. Maybe it's time for me to stop talking about politics. I've always believed that good people were often at their worst when they talked about that.
I like talking politics to a point. But it does get boring as an exclusive topic. I like all view points on politics. I do not want to live in some safe little bubble where no one challenges or makes fun of me and if they do I exclude them.
You are always welcome here. And I suspect you can find plenty of liberal allies over at Trooper's place too.
