While Barack Obama makes his next serial mistake, the GOP Establishment is doing what?

Rather than going hammer and tongs against the President on his outrageous and unlawful dumping of minors in border states (and recklessly encouraging minors to cross the border unaccompanied), the GOP seems intent on giving the President a pass on this?

What the GOP Establishment is doing is not morally right or strategically smart.

What is Mulvaney doing with Ryan and Cantor on this issue?
