Interesting. Weinstein is a contemptible person who really did abuse women, but the judge probably did screw up on it. It will be interesting how the New York Court of Appeals rules on Trump matters.

Weinstein will remain in prison, since he was also convicted in California. It is unclear if New York will put him on trial again.

Weinstein was always popular with Democrats.
