With the passing of South African Former President Nelson Mandela, it only makes sense to do a Rule 5 post from that country.  If beautiful women keep a man young, it is no surprise Nelson Mandela made it to 95. Chip S. started me off with this article.  I added a few more (I am a giver that way).
