Little Joe dreamed of the resources in Hollyweird that he'd have at his command once the Krauts had won the war. In addition to the ladies in Tinseltown (Ava Gardner, Linda Darnell, Rita Hayworth, Olivia de Havilland, Greer Garson...), he had some real lookers working for him, many imported from Scandanavia before things got rough. Ingrid was lucky to get out when she did. Most of the rest went home once they read the writing on the wall.
ReplyDeleteI'll have to watch that. When my father was stationed in Germany, I watched 7 hours of Triumph of The Will. The Army had a full print and it was normally shown to 9th graders. The next day, we had a discussion of the film.
