The Brutalist



A fictionalized story of a Jewish architect and holocaust survivor working post war in Pennsylvania. It was disturbing. The Academy nominated it for a bunch of awards, and Adrien Brody won best actor. Well acted by all involved, but still hard to watch. I did not care for the story overall, but I liked some of the characters and the interplay of the architecture with the story line.
