    The sad part is that she probably has ambitions for higher office - and may well be better than whoever it is she runs against.

    These are bad times....

    Also, she was too busy trying to convict that guy that shot the teens at the gas station. And she'll be too busy trying to get him convicted on the last charge (Murder of some degree), despite the fact that the guy will have a mandatory 60 year sentence to serve that will exhaust his life, to bother with any other trivialities.
