How do they not acquit him, after the last 2 weeks, is my question.
ReplyDeleteJuries do make mistakes. So they could (in theory) convict him and I doubt this judge would reverse that. We can only hope that this jury is fair and will do the right thing. They should acquit and if they do not, then he should be acquitted on appeal. But I hope for Zimmerman's sake it does not come to that.
DeleteI do understand those who think Trayvon Martin was murdered. But the evidence shows that at best this was a tragedy, not a crime, at least on Zimmerman's part. I believe Trayvon Martin over reacted to Zimmerman following him, circle back and was beating the crap out of him and Zimmerman shot him.

DeleteI'll put it to you this way. If Zimmerman is not acquitted, then you know for a fact that self defense cases are going to go the way of the Dodo bird. Pray you never get caught up in one.
