Christian Ethnic Cleanings in Muslim majority countries: Why is there no outrage?

Bethlehem was a Christian majority city not that long ago, now there are hardly any Christians left...

Christians are being killed, harassed and forced out of countries they have lived in for centuries.  This is just as bad as anything the Serbians did (and on a far broader scale), yet there is no outrage from the West.  Why?
