ABC News reports on the White House "clarification" of Joe Biden's comments at the debate...

Jake Tapper reports on the White House "clarifying" Vice President Biden's statements about the Benghazi attack at the Vice President Debate.

So the new White House excuse is because funding was cut to the State Department, they did not have money for security.   Yet there was money to send Chevy Volts to the embassy in Austria.  There is money to give Valerie Jarrett a full security detail in DC.  There seems to be plenty of money for First Lady Obama's personal staff and her vacations.  The annual budget for Michelle Obama's staff alone is over $1,500,000, not including vacation travel or security.
