Mykhailo Viktorovych Polyakov is a 24 year old American Citizen who went to the forbidden North Sentinel Island and then later got arrested. There is a hunter gather people there who react violently to any outsiders coming to their island. The Indian Government (which controls the area) has forbidden any outsiders from getting within 3 miles of the island.

There are a host of good reasons to leave the North Sentinelese alone, the number one being they want to be left alone. You can potentially causse them a lot of harm by exposing them to diseases which they may not have any immunity to. And if you go there and they get the chance, they will kill you.
