News celebrities are grossly over paid. They could have other people do this at a fraction of the cost. And Maddow even brings lefty people in to watch. Do you think anyone cares about the other MSNBC "talent"? Fire them all and bring in younger news readers (easier on the eyes and on the overhead budget). Better yet, report the news more objectively.
