A lot of Haitians can't drive. They come from a poor Caribbean country with very few private drivers. It is tough to get around Ohio without a vehicle. Many of these Haitian migrants are uninsured, unlicensed, don't know how to drive and causing mayhem on the roads. Ohio citizens suffer as a result. The Democrat gift of diversity.
